Hi. I’m Kara. As a breast cancer survivor, certified health coach, and plant-based nutrition expert, I know how overwhelming life after treatment can feel. You’re grateful to be here—but also exhausted, anxious, and wondering how to take care of your body & spirit in a way that truly supports true healing.
After my own journey through breast cancer, I made it my mission to help other women feel seen, supported, and strong again. Through nourishing plant-based eating, gentle self-care practices, and empowering coaching, I guide you in rebuilding your health from the inside out.
This isn’t about “bouncing back”—it’s about rising up as a stronger, wiser version of yourself.

“Eat Food. Mostly Plants. Not too much” ~ Michael Pollen. Taking Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition and simplifying it is Kara’s message for this workshop. Learn what Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition is (and what it isn’t), the reasons people chose it and the long list of benefits you can expect from adopting more of a plant based way of eating. She will address some common myths and offer easy, actionable steps to get started as well as resources to continue your inquiry or journey into this way of eating and living.
